What the journal is, what it never does, and how billing and data work.

Is this a repair or plumbing service?
No. Firstchoiceplumb is an informational decision-journal tool. It does not repair anything, send anyone to your home, or book a service. It helps you classify what you observe and prepare to talk to a licensed professional.
Will it tell me how to fix the problem myself?
No. The journal never provides repair steps, tool lists or DIY hazard instructions. It returns a concern band, observation notes and questions to ask a licensed professional.
Is the concern band a diagnosis?
No. The band is an informational signal to help you decide whether to observe and log or to call. It is not a diagnosis, inspection result or guaranteed severity.
What happens with gas, sewage or electrical signals?
Those are always redirected. Gas smell, sewage backup, water near electricity and uncontrolled flooding are treated as emergencies; water heater, main-line, structural-water and permit items are sent to a licensed professional. In an emergency, contact 911.
How much does it cost?
There is a Free tier, plus Pro at $9/month and Plus at $29/month as subscription placeholders in USD. See Pricing. Payments are not processed in this preview build.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Who can use it?
It is intended for adults. Users under 13 may not use it, and users aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's consent.
How is my data handled?
We process only what you provide, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and we honor GDPR and CCPA rights including access and deletion.
